Yes, full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference are non-refundable. Please contact us at contact@aiatwork.ro for refund requests.

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the registered attendee. However, if you need to make a substitution, please contact us at least seven days before the event.
