AI@Work HR is an annual conference dedicated to the AI impact on human resources. AI@Work is part of the NetConnect Group, an IT & telecommunications company with offices in 14 countries. From the first interactions with the public, AI technologies have sparked both excitement and scepticism. Every innovation raises questions about limits, real-world relevance, and whether AI can be a trusted partner.
Early examples—from distorted images to those infamous impossible handshakes—only fuelled the doubts. That question still stands today: can we rely on AI when people are involved? Our conference tackles that challenge head-on, bringing together leaders from innovative companies and international experts to show how we can use artificial intelligence in an ethical, efficient, and people-oriented way.
