Welcome to AI@Work HR Conference ("Conference", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our conference, website, and related services.

By registering for or attending the AI@Work HR Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not attend the conference.

2. Registration and Tickets

2.1 Registration Process

All attendees must register and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Ticket Validity

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the person named on the registration. Each ticket grants access to one individual only.

2.3 Payment and Refunds

Payment must be completed at the time of registration. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. We are committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone.

Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the conference without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All conference materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, photography, or reproduction of conference content is strictly prohibited.

Attendees may take notes for personal use but may not distribute, publish, or commercially exploit conference materials without written permission.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

Your information may be shared with conference sponsors and partners unless you opt out during registration.

6. Photography and Recording

By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from your attendance at the conference. You attend at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to such changes.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
